Refund Policy

At Campus Buddy, we are committed to providing high-quality training and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes, plans change. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our courses.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are only available for certain courses and programs as outlined in your enrollment agreement.
  • To be eligible for a refund, requests must be made within the specified refund period, which varies depending on the course duration and format.

2. Refund Periods and Conditions

  • Short-Term Courses (less than 1 month):
    • Refund requests are eligible if made within the first 3 days of enrollment.
  • Long-Term Courses (1 month or longer):
    • Refund requests must be submitted within the first 7 days of the course start date.
  • No refunds will be issued after these periods have elapsed.

3. Partial Refunds for Course Withdrawals

  • If a participant withdraws after the eligible refund period but before completing 50% of the course, they may be eligible for a partial refund. The partial refund amount will be calculated based on the classes attended up to the withdrawal date.
  • No refunds will be issued if more than 50% of the course has been completed.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Certain fees, such as registration or administration fees, are non-refundable. These will be clearly specified during enrollment.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • To request a refund, please email our support team at support@campusbuddy.com with your enrollment details and reason for the request.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval and will be issued through the original payment method.

6. Course Cancellations

  • If Campus Buddy cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, participants are eligible for a full refund or may opt to transfer their enrollment to a future session.
